This piece embodies joy and happiness. The inspiration was a vase playfully displayed for me in one of my favorite places, my hair salon! My hair dresser and I have grown together and she is the artist I trusted to help me gently lean into my authentic self. My hair is fun and expresses me perfectly. As one friend says, I get “powered up” every time I go. This creation, and it’s smaller sister, Blue Hue for You, were so fun to create. Fun fact – I was able to create a larger piece on a bigger canvas that matched the smaller one. First time I’ve ever been able to do that!
