Birthday flowers from one of my favorite people. I focused in on three roses, one solid dark pink and two dusty rose with darker pink. I had already painted a black canvas and taped a frame off for a positive throw painting. Most are darker feelings but my intent was to see if I could create a positive piece. Used 5 colors of paint, tossed, rotated, repeat, etc until the canvas was covered. Waited and peeled paint to find I’d created a beautiful painting for my birthday.
