This piece, and it’s companion piece, N+R=2, were inspired by huge flower bouquets at my hair salon. Although I began inspired by blossoms, i wanted to create these pieces in tandem and it soon morphed into more of one large blossom, using the bouquets colors, vase and wallpaper. These two creations, vs the Blue Hue paintings, show the challenges I have when I become more focused on results than feelings.
